Is there any other better spot for fall and winter sailing in BC than Columbia Beach? None that I can think of.

SE are already starting up here. Moderate to strong forecast for Saturday.

Hey,
I know the owners of the house directly opposite Columbia Beach. They would like to install an anemometer and would probably be glad to have a web cab on thier roof as well or instead. I spoke with them recently and they are still open to a pole mount extending above thier roof. How does the web cam interconnect to the web? Do you need a dedicated PC and high speed internet? An anemometer signal be broadcast over the web as well. Matt

It sounds like you have done all the leg work for me already! Email me () or phone and we can talk 889-1351. I'm very interested in an anemometer and a webcam. The camera has a built in computer and works best on high speed internet but dialup would work.
