My plans for round two have firmed up a bit. I snagged a role with the AWT for Punta San Carlos, so now we are going to leave Victoria around the 19th or 20th to start heading south aiming to be in PSC for the 27th. After a week there we will be doing the same thing in reverse. Probably spend a few days in and around GB on both side, plus a couple in the San Diego area if the surf looks good.

Having now hit both Mexican places in GB this year, the shack is much better. The super burrito rivals the late bomber on size but takes it hands down on flavor. Somehow melodie downed a whole one and its been windows down since then.

Wow, great little video. Wish I'd been there, looks just scary enough for me. At least you only risk getting a mouthful of water; Bernt Rodinger (sp?) kid had a big page spread in Windsport recently of some tweaked out trick on a wave and his tongue is poking way out, you could easily bite if off doing that!!

I'm thinking of heading to Florence for Sun, Mon, Tues but have never been there in September. Do you guys think the conditions will be good this time of year? The forecast looks good for those 3 days but I want to make sure before I head down there. Anyone else heading down that way soon?

If April can be good there (which I have experienced) I can't see why September can't as well. Good luck!
