I hope it is not some hoax forecast... if it is true, calling all local kiters too dallas rd. skip work, come kite... I will delete this topic after tomorrow.

Whats the water temperature like this time of year? 5/4 suit weather?

Water is still warm--relative to say February 5 4 good wouldn't go thinner than 5/3 myself

Warm is relative. Neah bay is reading 13 C right now, it gets down to 8 C in January. I'd say both are 5/4, the only thing that changes is whether you add gloves, booties and a hood too.
Don't forget to bring a towel!
