I think it is called Wilderness camping for a reason. They got this new thing out, probably at the store, landline.
For me, wifi at the lake would suck ass.

Seriously, though, wifi in the camp would suck. I take my kids there every summer and it is one of the few places they cannot use their devices - and that is fantastic. It forces everyone out to a campfire to "facetime" in person, (and I would never have known what docking was if Nanmoo hadn't shared that with me around a campfire. Who needs Wikipedia when you can get Nitipedia, as told by real people who have an opinion about everything)

Agree with Tempy. It was nice camping and not listening to everyone's alerts and checking there phones constantly. The only reason I want to see people use their phones while camping is to take pictures. Ok...you can listen to music too!
Why aren't YOU out there?

we have that? wow, where do I apply....or am I in?...will I then be told what 3L33T means or is that another, separate secret handshake thing :?

yes, one of the two phones usually works at the store if the wifi is down, last point of cell reception is Heather Meadows area at the end of Cow Lake, 20min drive if you really need to call out....learned that only last year

The other day I over heard a surfer use the term "air docking" It must be similar to what you guys are talking about... :?

I heard that increases athletic performance before a session. We all know that's why it's so import for Moo to remember a towel. lol
