Hello, i m Stephan from Germany, but i live in Spain, next Year i will come to Vancouver Island maybe for some Years! On verry Important Question for me and my boys is, have you good Wavespots, how is the Wind over the Year! 90 % wie go for Windsurf 10% for Kitesurf!

I suspect the wind and waves will disappoint after Tarifa! We do have more wind and waves than most places in the world, just not often enough occuring together. We are only a day's drive from the Oregon coast though, which has lots of both together. THere really isn't any 'localism' amongst windsurfers and kiters; can't say the same about surfers though. A local star youngster (or more than one?) would be a great addition to the aging population!
