New Camera / Better views @ Columbia

That CB cam makes me crazy sometimes. I know there are sailors out there but I can't see them. Is there something in the market that would work a bit differently, maybe something that moves ? 4J what thinks you ? Maybe something streaming. I'm sure us northerners could raise the cash. Any input from out there ?

a panning camera would do it. or the camera could be moved to the house on the north side.

I think a streaming cam with a different angle there would be neato, but I wouldn't want anything that would make more work for BWD, or take too much bandwidth ($$$). That said, if such a cam is approved by BWD, and the Mutts could maintain it, I'd happily donate a prize for the Summer Fundraiser to help raise money for it.
