thanks for posting. most people i talk to about this look at me like im crazy. just like the crazy look i gave to the doomsdayer who talked to me about it 5 years ago. then i started looking up and thinking wtf! curiously enough my recent bloodwork showed all my levels to be fantastic except for my vitamin d level which was critically low. My Dr. prescribed 50,000 iu of vit d 4x/mth. usual supplements are one/two thousand iu. crazy
