SUP, Wave foil

Post by Atomic-Chomik »

Just tried out the Takuma V100 sup/surf/kite foil(the knockoff, but same foil) and am thinking of ordering one. If we order 5 of them, 338Us each plus shipping(retail Takuma, 2G). Got two of us already to go, anybody else? Foil, fuselage, mast, mounting plate.

I don't think there are any factories in china that don't let alone foil factories. It's what they do.

I would also be worried about the knockoff quality, even they they are using the same molds, they might use few layers in the layup and cheaper epoxies. And good luck getting a warranty, that's on the brand not the manufacturer.
