New to Comox
Hey All,
New to the Comox Valley and wondering about kite spots. I'm familiar with Goose Spit, but I'm wondering about spots to go when it isn't a SE/E wind direction.
Thanks in advance!

Thermal spots are Nimpkish & Nitinaht lakes as well as China creek. See wiki sailing guide: http://www.bigwavedave.ca/wiki/index.php/Sailing_Guide Try to find the Comox valley kiteboard crew on face book. https://www.facebook.com/groups/4654727 ... ?ref=br_rs

Winter is obvious...epic SE winds that hit everywhere!
Sounds like there's a little light NW chasing locally, Kye Bay? Airforce Beach?
Comox folks seem to head to Port Alberni for summer kiting too: Harbour Quay was popular for a while, but now most people go to China Creek.
As JL says, the facebook group is your best resource.
