| Details | OK, that was a pretty freakin' great session!! Arrived early, 11am to some guy in a truck that I'm pretty sure doesn't log his sessions on BWD so guessing he wasn't really there..?? Then "The Pope" rode in on his Man-Bike so we all said a quick prayer and rigged up!! Two Wings out, Fray-Fray was one and the other, I"m not sure. Also pretty sure almost everyone who Wing/Windfoils was there today. I didn't see a few peeps but maybe they were waiting for more afternoon wind. New record today, no not me, 4 Windsurf Foils out there today. WooHoo!! I was on the 4.5m all day, never overpowered but only didn't have enough wind when I went out too far and got caught in 'The Pit of Despair'. That is where there is wind all around you but just not where you are. A little frustrating but could see the wind coming so had a rest, waved to the whale watching boats and had a 1-way conversation with a seal. Anyways.... I caught a gust and a wave and then the wind picked up to the 15-19kts range for most of the rest of my sessions. Still feeling under the weather so put in my 50kms and then called it quits to come home and have a nap and some orange juice. Woke up an hour later and cracked an Ice Cold Corona and sat in the sunshine in the patio enjoying life.
