Nice solid wind down the middle and far side of the lake. Unfortunately I needed big gear to access it :( . Thought about towing a smaller board out and ditching the tank on the far side but it was too much effort. Had as much fun as I could but it was a bit slow for my liking. At least I nailed all my jibes and actually planed through a few as well - the benefits of extra volume!

Managed to get out and have some fun, even if the wind wasn't optimum. Was around 20 when I first went out, gusting higher, and so I took the 9m for fast kiting, and it slowly dropped toward the end of the session, then went really light and steady at the very end. Managed to hit the lip right and proper on a nice wave on the outside - [b:82ed79d715]sweet feeling! [/b:82ed79d715]:D

Started out windy and a bit over powered on the 5.0. Nice swell and a few back loop attempts. Great to be on the small board. Then it died off and got a little fluky. Fun session...no hate at all.

It was 4.5 when I came down to the beach. By the time I rigged it deid off a little, so I went out on the big board and 4.5 sail, stayed on it for about 30 min then it was the time to rig 5.5.

A little gusty, but still fun. Lots of tack attempts, few desent duck jibes.

Weird day, started w/great waves & decent wind but dropped steadily, however slowly w/ megachop. Don't really agree it was really gusty, just not somehow very windy, ha! :P Ripped around on small board til too much work, one major vault w/ big charlie horse from mast  Need kite (launching) lessons apparently, sorry Nicole. Few decent effortless duckgybes, some tacks, no luck with heli's, what the heck?? Thought I had those figured

Wind less than the small board/sail combo hoped for, but still fun. Wind really gusty, speed I gave not including holes. Nice short session till a contact got washed out by spray, couldn't see the driftwood after that. Made most gybes, but none planed through - some biggish chop on the outside. Nice to see sail board outnumbering kites by about 8 to 1 (on the water). Kus said my Adagio was sad !

No too bad in the gusts. Found my own personal giant gust waay up in the voodoo chop so stayed there for a 1/2 hour. Too crazy to kite - a couple of people attempted but had problems.

baaaa baaaa. like a sheep or other creature of habit, I went to cook, should have gone to ross bay or made the trek to IV (but I only had an hour - family dinner). Instead, tried going out in light, onshore wind. At least others got offshore and had fun! Not sure this even counts as a session - hard work and shore break for most of it. :(

shoulda got there an hour earlier. First run on 5.8 was powered in straps, then next run had to pump, then next had to wait for a gust and pump, then try again, then slogged... Came in close to beach and tried heli-tacks and clew-first sailing, need more practice. Wind died and I should of gone home, but it then came up a little more westerly, I hoped it would strengthen tempted me to rig 7.5 - never got going .

Another sweet day on bigger stuff, wind started slow and then filled in, the 8.5 holds nice in 18+, made some jibes, getting the hang of the adjustable outhaul, Gman was also there on his FreeRace 142, a sweet couple of hours

Nice day. Pulled an uncountable number of spins in the air and dove the kite straight into the water, pulling me straight down after it, like a kiteloop except with only a half rotation... anyway... landed in about 12 inches of water, smacked the side of my face on something hard and now I really do look like a chipmunk.... how fitting eh? ... anyway to top the session off, my kite was just hovering above me in neutral about half an hour later, and the entire main bladder just blew up... so that was cool... ... My 6th session in 7 days! Pumped up the 12M. A few minutes later the leading edge went pop then went flat :( . Lucky I had the 9M and enough wind. A bit gusty with holes for my session but still very fun. Good to see lots of windsurfers having a great day.
