1st sesh in a month an a half. Got to the parking lot around 2pm wind was 12-15knots just starting to pick up. Wasn't paying attention on the way out and ended up downwind of the beach. Made some ground on the next couple of runs and the wind picked up a few knots. Came back to the beach to rest and check the GPS, 43kmh max speed. BWD was heading out on the 5.0 out so I decided to down/out haul the 8.0 and head out for a few more runs, unfortunately I spent too much time in the surf mucking around with a sandy mast base and a wave punched out the large panel in the middle of my 2001 Retro and broke one of the top battens to boot. Ouch. Anyone got a 8.0 Retro for sale?
