went to fly my 16M kite for 1hr, quickly noted that ain't happenin' :) initially chop from hell, dental work suffered, got a bit better when rest of gang showed MF4, Pat, Rick, BWD, Ruskie, Mike out, Doc & PHdood later, shorebreak getting nastier when Doc showed up; holes but mega chop & huge on outer sandbar w/ crosschop :twisted: scary but looooong faces, never ridden waves longer or more often,

Tons of port ramps, a few big airs but was tough to get a run going w/ all the chop, one aborted backloop especially memorable for hangtime, OP in gusts, barely planing in lulls but waves helped tons; I was fried/cold after 3 hrs, got lunched and heated in paradise cafeteria, thx Pat & Rick :P got another hour playing above boatlaunch after THAT, smooooth faces, bigger swell but not as windy as way out, finally called it a day OOOOOphhh, I'm baked. :wink:
