Beauty newbie day w/ steady slightly underpower wind; rig, launch, land no issue now; practiced bodydrags on chest and hooked in now, tried board but still too much to think about, got tangled on leash and ditched it again, flying becoming more natural tho; got a few crash (not enough wind and/or became unhooked) and recovery, re-rig sets in, getting better at that too. :wink: Fun Fun, thx Mike and JL for the coaching/ cheering section

Almost had our Bulgarian friend go through the gazebo "cheesegrater" tho :shock: I tried to catch him as he rocketed along to little avail but he just dove the kite toward the water in time to miss the post by couple of feet; note to self, keep launching below and hook in over water :!: :!: lets not have the kiting equivalent of finbox bonehead move, so far my caution is paying dividends but I KNOW why I didn't become and electrician :roll:
