Nice hour almost all powered up, sailed well into twilight, pretty dark by the time the gear was repacked. All by lonesome, kiters had gone home. Surprisingly steady wind, the puffs enough to get planing (especially with help of steep cross-sea chop) and lulls still strong enough stay planing through. Made most jibes, didn't plane out of any, saved a blown jibe with a mast-grab, of a type I always fell in on before :lol: Cold hands first time this year= had to warm them after 10 min, then fine. 7 degrees
