What WAS THAT :?: couldn't resist the swell, day I've been waiting for :!: went out despite flu & busted/splinted finger all taped up (gee that didn't last long tho), soon to regret the 4.8 (couldn't hold it) & not carrying smaller board (well, this s#%t wasn't forecast); apart from few nice clew first down the lines, talk about disabled sailor I was all over the place, finally decided to hero-duckgybe down a wicked face (not sure WTF I was thinking in near 40kn gusts) only to be slammed into boom/sail; now wrist & ribs are more than tender, what a loser :roll: Sail 2 Wave 8-9 Jump 4 I'm a mess, so's my new board & sailor pride (another reef incident, shit!), see Kook Street Stories thread :evil:
