:D TOO MUCH FUN!! :D Finally got out again....last time sailing was Sept. 11th...aghhH!!! Almost 3 months!!! Arrived at 2:30pm to find no base or ext. and 14kts so went home and back and now it's 2:50pm..looked like 12-14kts now. Rigged the 8.5m as I wanted first time to be a bit easier. Jumped up and planed right away...first run out and back was the best...just rippin' perfectly powered. It dropped off from there but still lots of fun and just has to pump to get going. Decided to come in when couldn't hang onto the boom anymore. Morley was there 'Walking the Dog'. Two kites were going out just as I was coming in. 40 mins. wasn't a marathon but good first time back in a loooooong time. Looking forward to some more winter sailing on the BIG GEAR as not getting wet is the way to keep warm in my 3/2 skinsuit!!
