Day 3 Started much earlier, clearing & sunnier w/less fog 8) Able to blast around noonish on powered 5.3 for 2+hrs, gentle break w/ big waves out, tons of rides then wind dropped a bit, lunched. After it seemed up & shorebreak getting nasty again. Got slammed a few times, punched thru tho & instantly realized it's actually now 4.0-4.5, waves getting huge(r). Thought I'd tough things out for a bit but boardrail bit my fibula in the break, limped in & iced

Nice goose egg Mr Kus, hope it's not broke :x the board has a nice crack on the rail too, another day done, boys r having a hoot, Hollow-Bones-Dave was on the 4.5/Evo right off the bat, wonder what he's rigging now, probably his 3.5. I'm logging & washing sand out of everything :P Free hot showers in town. What a place :!: :!: The river is lit up, 5'swell for surfer rides, dunes seem alive with drifting sand, dungeonous crab in abundance in river, off to find a trap & pot (to cook the crab that is) :twisted: Party in Van last nite shorter as we're baked but I will also restock the brewskies, gotta love da Oregon micro breweries :D
