Family day at Gordon's :D :D Sandra was introduced to ocean sailing today and despite spending most of her time battling shore break and then kelp beds, she still wants more. Man I love my wife :D :D
I hit the water late afternoon and was over powered as soon as I left the beach. It was a crazy ride but I still managed to launch a few nice jumps and make most of my jibes at the beach. Coming in was pretty much like Doc said " suicide speed sailing". I was just hanging on saying "I don't wanna eat my boom, I don't wanna eat my boom". I think it's time to invest in some smaller gear :wink:
Highlight of the day for me was getting a close up view of the bottom of Doc's board as he flew overtop of me :shock: :shock: Nice jump dude. Wish I had a camera for that one!
Kudos to everyone who helped out with Kus. It's great to see everyone band together like that in a time of need.
