Was pretty tired after yesterday's session. Would have been very content to sit on the beach all afternoon and watch. Didn't really find my groove on the water. Attempted jibes, was trying to carve the inside rail to get that board turned around...no luck. But was having fun sailing back and forth with John. At one point I was showing off some of my wave sailing, when I managed an awesome catapult resulting in a huge 'crack' as I landed. Luckily my duck-taped board seemed to be fine. :oops: Unfortunately, as I attempted to waterstart, I quickly discovered that I had broken my boom. Thankfully, John was with me and able to show me how to tie it together. I didn't have any luck sailing it in...so he even helped with that. My hero!! It would have been a long swim in. :D
