Headed over for 3 days of Windfest fun. Fairly light winds but enough to propel the 8.5 and GO and provide windsurfing joy. At about 4pm the wind cranked up a little and I took the Carve and 6.0 out for a spin. The boom slipped out of my grasp half way through and I lurched forward to grab it ..... that's when I heard the "pop" in the back of my leg! Class 2 tear of the hamstring muscle.
