FINALLY got to sail Nimpkish Lake! Third time lucky I guess...I always drive by when heading north to do some kayaking. It's a gorgeous lake, a FREE campground (with garbage removal), and the wave pattern definitely has some sweet secrets hidden away for the next time(s) I'm up that way. Woulda been a much longer session but I had car troubles on the way in, and was off to Zeballos and Fair Harbour to launch my boat right after I derigged....by the by, the lady at the Fair Harbour store says that on a winter southeasterly, 75 knots is "just a breeze"!!! She's seen it blow a 100 :( :) :D :!:
