Crappy conditions never felt sooooooo gooood! :lol: :lol: (well over two months since I was in straps). Missed the best wind, got the last of it, pumped to a plane, fell on the gybe, slogged back. Out again on the next puff, repeat, except I ran completely out of wind and the tide was trying to take me out to sea faster than I could swim. Contemplated trying to derig & roll sail to get back. Zephyr came along just enough wind I could uphaul and slog. Chatted on the beach, wind went west, then back to SE. Went out borrowing Betty-Ann's 150 l Mistral - had some nice runs, made two very bad gybes.
