Earlyish start, was going to McDonalds then found the Bagel Queen on West Saanich was open for a good coffee and bagel with egg and real Swiss. mmmmmmm. A few good runs, one dry gybe before the wind crapped out. Saw Morewind do a couple of beautiful forwards. Sitting in the WindWagon, everyone left, and immediately noted some fluttering yellow tape - then blowing leaves, and the westerly came in. Tempted to go out at Willows, the cross-off wind was building beautiful ramps, spray blown backwards off the tops - but only Discovery was downwind, decided to try Esquimalt Lagoon and hope for SW.
