Got out of bed, 2 eggs, wetsuit on first, load, roll, rigged a little bigger than it looked in the Willows mirage. On the water by 10:30am. Kites already out along the shoreline. Best waves were just off Cattle point. It got a little soft after 1.5 hrs. Came in as MF4, Richard and Bobson rigged 6ish sails. Cold fingers! 4 or 5C was getting close to my minimum. Amazing how many polar bear swimmers there are these days. Is 1.5hrs in a 5/4 as good for the health? I say yes.
