Snow kiting on Green Lake, Whistler - Damn that was fun. Started out on 7m + snowboard at 11am under blue sunny sky. In the stronger gusts I would crank upwind just like riding a twin tip on the water.
Snow was hard pack.
Toasty warm in my ski gear but only felt the brutal wind chill when I took off my gloves to de-rig.
Surprisingly, busy on Green Lake considering how small the parking lot was.
When I left the wind cranked up to 25+ knots. Looking forward to the next major outflow.
