In Tofino for a week and picked up my new KT Direct Drive wings (hard handles). Thank you, Vickey!! Tried the 5M in very light South Chesterman wind and was impressed with the handles, though they change the handling a little, so I'll need a session or two to adjust. Took some absolutely bizarre falls during light air transitions that felt sketchy! The 1850 is a session saver and felt surprisingly fast and nimble on the 795 mast with Surf tail 205. What a beautiful spot to glide around in. Fantastic SUP foil session in Cox bay this AM with head high plus swell. Scored a couple of 2 for ones which always gets me stoked! Broke my leash in a heavy set though and had to do a big swim. All was well, no drama. Great day!
