Hands down the most fun I've had since starting this sport less than a year ago in September. Got to the lake by 10:30am and rigged the 7.5 with the 160L. Had about an hour of fun before it became way to overpowered so I came in and pulled out the 120L and rigged up the 5.7. What..A..Day. Been pretty confident with the waterstarts so I decided f*$% it I'm going out there and man so glad I did. With that amount of wind the waterstarts were a snap for the most part and once I was up I was absolutely blasting across the lake. But definitely cant gybe with that thing yet... gonna need to work on those.. plus how the hell do you tack on a board like that? will have to work on that as well. Met another windsurfer named John from Vancouver, he was pretty helpful and good company. 3 other windsurfers were out with 1 winger and 7? kiters. Crazy fun. Hope next weekend will work out the same!
