Fun day on the water, really enjoyed the Ross Bay side and had some fun playing in the swell off the point. Made the sketchy transit over to Cook St and played around there for a bit then headed in. Had a close call heading into Clover Pt when an unexpected wave caught me off balance close to shore, falling backwards I launched my foil into my kite lines, followed by the kite looping hard into the water. Managed to get myself sorted, untangled and re-launched, better pay closer attention to the large swell at the exit point on clover next time.
