Thought I'd missed it when I passed Chuck leaving the Bay and everyone was coming off the water when I arrived. Luckily the wind came back just as I was launching. Ended up scoring a fun 1.5 hours in sunny Boundary Bay. Fun day but not the Oregon Coast!
