Thanks god for some good local wind for a change. I was getting pretty tired of all the coast and hood river session logs. Especially after our van caused us to cancel our Nimpkish trip. Hopefully repairs will be complete before our Nitnat trip next weekend. Anyway...fantastic day at SP. Lots of holes at times but overall wind was way better than expected. Only brought the 106 to the beach due to unloading all the gear while the van was in the shop last week. I was wishing for the 96. Waves got better and better as the tide dropped for some fun slashing. Joined by Henk and a number of local kiters including a long overdue appearance on the water by Darryl, also a SP resident and kiter.
Could have been my longest and most fun session of this season.
