A bit slow on the draw today with Paul, Idefix, MtnarG, and Greg getting in at mid-afternoon before I could get there. Good power throughout the hour that I foiled, and there was some medium swell near the point that encouraged play. A bit better with my gybes today, but very much a work in progress. Did my usual drunken monkey carves and sudden, tight gybes, but without windows on my Cab62, the boys told me that there were a few close calls and many near misses! Lesson learned! After an hour, it became much tougher to get up on foil. We had seen this movie before! Winds were diminishing and the OG group all made for shore before it became a slogfest. There was still lots of foiling winds beyond Clover, but that's beyond my skill and confidence level. WindJunkie, MoFo4, and I think Shaggy, were killing it out past the Clover swells. Flew my Mini3 to the point before leaving and hopefully I got some decent footage from the air.
