Wildly diverse conditions today. Got to RB and it was definitely 4m winds. Jumped in wetsuit and zipped up - and broke the zip due to my fatness. Switched to other wetsuit and as I was getting in with my 5mX3, WindJunky was getting out to switch to his 5m due to diminishing winds. Switched to my 5m and easily got on foil. Then the winds got bigger and was OP'd, but that was tolerable. Got some nice swell rides, got a few swell jibes, and had numerous KICs (Kelp Induced Crashes). Lots of loose big stuff, lots invisible when close reaching into the sun shimmer, lots of well rooted bits that stopped the board cold. Ended the session and whined to my fellow foilers of my inconvenient first world problems. Sadly, GPS let me down again.
