Was tired of never trying the Hatchery when it is right beside here, so I decided to drive by and see where people launch. Definitively NOT at the actual hatchery, lots of building and no water, smell fishy to :(
I found a spot by the river where I could launch the kite, but I am surprise this place can get 25kts-30kts, and it is narrow!!! I can see how fun it will be for "obstacle jumping". Will try Friday before going to "North Inlet". Drove to the lake to set up camp. Wind picked up once the cloud got out of the way (late). Lake green color and sea state where nice, no lift in the jumps for some reason. Definitively too warm for a wetsuit. A naked session would be funny, been a while.
