Unexpected wind made for a really nice session. I wasn't sure if it was going to work but headed down to just check it out. Rob and David were out but came in while I was setting up. I had a good Tiki session to start and then had a go on the Duke. The place was all my own for my hour long session. I came in and two other kiters had arrived. I was glad to meet Gord, an experienced kiter new to Victoria. I gave him a quick rundown and watched as he took to it effortlessly. It was sunny but the air was cool, it felt like fall.
