Beautiful sunny September day, well worth the day trip! Arrived and it began to blow shortly after around 12:30. Judy and I both out winging, worked on my weak stuff - starboard/goofy heelside tacks; goofy toeside to heel port jibes; goofy toeside port tacks. Hardly anyone on the water down in front of old camp, about 10 kites up off elevation, 6 wings total, 2 slappy windsurf boards. There was weird red long and wide streaks down the the lake visible from shore, looked like it was just algae bloom (red tide??) sailing through it. Short gps, kept forgetting to start/restart. Possibly the last trip to the Nit for this year :(,
