I was prepped when the wind started cranking at around 3 o'clock. Truck was packed and ready to go. It was definitely 4 metre conditions when I got there but I decided to take a 5 m out just in case things were temporary. Sure enough things started to drop off fairly quickly but I got some great turns in and a rainbow appeared so life is good! Some surprisingly good swell just as things started to drop off. Short and sweet.
