Nice westerly - still warm. Still struggling with my ribs / core, took the straps off, thinking that would keep me from jumping, but turns out, you need to use your core significantly more without them. Nevertheless still nicely powered on the 3.5, some great swell up at Clover, didnt venture too far from there. Rode behind URL on a good one, and from behind you could only see his shoulders and head! Fun to focus on swell riding and not jumping, but think I will be putting the straps back on for next session.
