Was on the second shift today arriving at 11:30ish. Wind was in between 3.5 and 5m and somewhat offshore. Lots of peeps seemed to be wrapping up their session. Went with the 3.5 and passed on gloves as it seemed warm. Both were a good call, wind was touch and go for the first 45 mins, and then ramped up to nearly overpowered. My ribs are finally feeling better, so was back to trying a few jumps etc. Waves were nothing to talk about, so must have missed the great swell earlier in the day. Not sure where everybody was, only about 2-3 wings on the water near the end of the session. Went to Ross Bay Pub for some pints after with a friend. Great Sunday - except the Seahawks lost.
