Saw everyone out on the cam when I woke up, oh no I'm missing it!! Got down there and it was easing up with lots of people off the water but still a few on the outside still flying. Rigged up the 5.5m, had to go try out the new toys - a new rear foil Skinny 365/55 and new Ion Hybrid Glove 1+2.5 !! Found it to be a weird day with low glaring sun on the outbound runs, wind was unusually south in it so ended up pointing more into the glare too for the time of day!! Not much to tell for swell, but the Skinny felt good, fast, and slippery. The gloves seemed really good, kept my hands warm, and may finally be that unicorn we've all been searching for. I'd like another session to really tell as this one was pretty short and they were new and stiff and I expect they'll be even better after a few sessions..but I like em so far!!
