Arrived at 9:45am to 9 Wings out already. WTF - seems like there are some keen Wingers. BTW, where is Mr. Keen.? Rigged up the 4.5m Flyer as it looked very similar to yesterday. All the Wings out seemed to be going well. Pretty sure most peeps were out today as it was great conditions. A bit light to begin with, maybe 12-15kts so had to pump the 4.5m to keep going out of my gybes then it picked up and stayed over 15kts for rest of the day. It was tough heading out as the sun was right in my eyes so couldn't really see what was in the water in front of you unless you pinched upwind or went off the wind a bit so I chose going off the wind going out and heading more upwind coming back in. I came back in after an hour as my fingers were cold as I went without gloves today. The wind had picked up and there were Wings everywhere, I'm guessing maybe 18-20 Wings out....oh ya, and ME! I figured that I'd had enough so called it a day as yesterday was tough and tomorrow looks good too. 45kms was good enough, although I probably should have stayed another 10 mins and hit 50kms. Maybe tomorrow. Lots of WooHoo's today!!
