Tried the 850 Operator on the DW board today with 4m in lighter air and it was fantastic. I was just powered up enough to make it work. Eventually the wind ramped up. Some GREAT swell outside and so fun to share it with a good sized crew. Giant playground for swerving around. Bolts on my baseplate eventually got loose somehow and made high speed runs on the faces *interesting*. Kept flipping my board over to look for offending bits of kelp but nothing. Glad no damage/loss happened. Bolts were tight when I left the beach! Really loving the DW board in all conditions now. Versatility of these boards is nuts.
