I wasn't feeling great and had a cough so decided to stay away from the gang at RB. Got off work and headed to CP as webcam looked good. I chose flat over wavy. Arrived to 20-25kts so rigged the 4.5m Flyer to get through the holes. It was great for the first hour, the swell was only 1-2 ft and seemed to be rolling in from the outside really slowly so tried to ride a few of them in but was going too quickly. The 900cm2/255cm2 on the 115cm fuse might be my new favourite foil. Very fast yet still giving good lift through my gybes at slower speeds. I stayed out 5 mins too long as a big black cloud came in, blocked the beautiful sunshine and killed the wind so schlogged back to the boat ramp. Pretty great session in 10 degrees and warm sunshine. Hoping for more wind for the next 4 days!!
