Got out for a quick hour, session #1 for 2024! Fairly light, originally rigged the 4m, did one short knee float out and back to re-rig the 5.5m. Was flying most of the time except for when I ventured far out and over in line with Cattle Pt, at which point it decided to drop off. Wind eventually came back enough to continue flying and stayed closer in to south Willows where the wind seemed best. Did a bunch of linked tacks and jibes (toeside, heelside) with very little time or reach between them. It decided to tank again so knee schlogged back in to the beach. Still nice to get wet, burn some turns, and be flying early in the new year! Happy New Year Everyone!
