The chase for wind paid off! MtnarG, GregCan, and I checked the usual spots, along with Peninsula north and Esq Lagoon. Either no wind or just way too much shorebreak for my low skills. Heading back from an IV check, I clicked on my link to Willows and saw reduced swell Headed over there and found tough onshore and doable shorebreak. My shortness made it tough to get in and I almost gave up. Luckily I made it in and rode powered up at all times until the park lights came on. OG joy!
