Lunchtime Pump Practice. Good in the gusts but not enough to keep going in the lulls. Tried to pump through the lulls to link together gusts but too far inbetween most gusts. Sunny and almost warm, no gloves and no frozen fingers either. Might have got a bit of a tan. HA! The 7.0m is definitely a session saver. 12 1/2 minutes of foiling is more than I thought there was. It was really good to see and feel how much wind I need to pump up onto the foil. I'm guessing some of those pumps were 15 pumps to get onto the foil. Great workout!! I'm guessing I need sustained 10kt gusts to get onto the foil or a 11-12kts quick gust to get there. I think I'm addicted to the accomplished feeling of pumping up onto the foil in lights winds. I probably should have put on the bigger front foil but I was tight on time. I was lucky to sneak in a lunchtime session. SWEET!!
