Bobsonlicious!! Sunshine, light wind and flat water. YES PLEASE!! Arrived to 8-12kts and it stayed pretty steady for the entire hour and a half. 10-12kt gusts, 6-8 in the lulls. Sometimes I had to pump to get through the lulls and look for gusts to gybe in. It was pretty steady but light. I think I like being able to pump onto a foil in 8-10kts and I had the perfect set up today. The big front foil 1100cm2, long fuselage and 255cm2 stabilizer with a -2 shim, 85cm carbon mast. I used the BIG board and 7.0m Sailworks Flyer a.k.a. Sessionsaver, rigged fat and powerful!! Not quite enough wind to go where I wanted but managed to foil 95% of the time. over 35kms felt pretty good.
