Arrived early with Danno out sitting on his board at the point fish watching. MtnarG was watching Danno watching fish with his 8m rigged and ready to go. It looked light but doable so I riggd the 7.0m Sailworks Flyer a.k.a. "The Session Saver". Headed out and was foiling fairly quickly. It started to pick up after 30 mins but I kept on the 7.0m as I was too lazy to come in and try the Wing or rig down because I only had another hour and then had to beat it. It picked up to 15+ so I came in and rigged down to the 4.5m as it seemed like it would pick up. It didn't but the 4.5m definitely worked well as I had the large (1100cm2) front foil and lifty stab so it was all good for flying time. All the usual suspects arrived and headed out as well, yes, wait for it..... Another WindFoiler, Mr. Keen showed up and was ripping. Always GREAT to foil with another Windfoiler. YES!! Also, and yes, wait for it.....a 'Windsurfer'. Ya, apparently someone still Windsurfs in Victoria. MikeR was throwing some solid speed runs on his Windsurfer and 7.0m sail. oh ya, and a bunch (maybe 12-15) of Wingers. There was a large tide line out past the point and flat water outside that and inside the bay but lots of waves/swell in the middle of that. I had to leave to do some chores at home so left a prime parking spot for others. Ya, I'm a giving kind of guy. Hope everyone had as good a session as I had. Wish I had gotten out the Wing but there is always lots of time for that 'thing'. HA!!
