looked windy when I got there and I started out really nicely powered. Only lasted about 30 minutes before things got marginal on my 4.0. Slogged for a bit but packed in as I had a limited time window. Came within 2 metres of colliding with a sea lion. Are those things paying attention? Can't imagine a foil impact would do them any good. Whales in the bay. Looked like tweezer had front row seats.
