practice day at Willows. A windsurfer, a BIC with big twin fins, was milking it and a dinghy was the only other foiler out. Progress slow, I did get some "making it" gybes touching down and jumping my feet around. Otherwise kept falling in to the inside from toeside. Good pumping practice all day. Wind was relatively steady for side-off Willows. Misjudged my distance coming in the last run and jumped off the foil standing up when the water was too shallow and tweaked my ankle. Hoping it eases enough to get a later session today after work.
